Addicted to your computer ?

Recommended Posts

inspired by another recent thread on addiction - I am wondering if you are (or have been) addicted to your computer?

Personally I spend a lot of time working in front of a PC and it has become my "go to" when I am bored or frustrated to - better than choosing comfort eating or alcohol I guess but it feels unhealthy

it is just me (surely not!)

and what tips have people got for getting out of this
