Best tablet for 5 year old?

Santa brought my 5 year old an archos tablet Xmas day and it broke by Boxing Day and now we have been refunded.

 

So what is the best 10" tablet.

 

Not interested in innotab or leap pad as we have those and not really interested, he wants a real one!

For the £150 it costs you will be better with a Nexus, guaranteed updates etc.

He will want either andriod or apple 10" I know that much otherwise he will continue to take mine to play when the idea was for him to have his own, with own apps and movies on.

nexus 7 gets my vote. i got my nephew one for xmas, and my dad has a 10" archos. yeah theres a bit of size difference, but after using them both a while, you dont notice it too much. but you cant fault the nexus tablets for power, particularly if games are an important factor too.
