The Fox is based on the A04 (PQ24) platform.

If you want a little Volkswagen, have you looked at the VW Up! (or the Skoda Citigo, basically the same car)?

They are different, many VAG cars (VW, Seat etc) are built on the same platform with different badges though.

As honda and VW are two different companies they are not the same car

Hondas and Acuras are the same car, except the Acura is the higher end product (same with Toyotas/Lexus, Nissans/Infinity)
