What is an alcoholic drink beginning with E?

Right my mates and i have devised a new drinking game where we basically work through the alphabet, however, we cant think of owt starting with E.... We havent quite finished thinking of things yet as our assignment got in way of valuable thinking time so there may well be some other letters to add to this - Im thinking X may be tricky

 

Anyways need to be a real drink, cocktail whatever but no cheating - i tried to get away with 'ell of a lotta vodka but my friend said no . Someone else suggested emerald giant instead of green giant but im not sure that counts either.

 

any ideas anyone....?

Good effort but not sure that counts either! beside i always keep my drink down (well usually) although im not so sure after this game!

 

Think Kathys has been the most sensible suggestions altho can u buy elderflower wine at any bars or would we have to smuggle that in somehow?
