Yeah, I've never been able to see what's so great about them. They're alright but all they do is knock out samey, clattery garage rock that's instantly forgettable. I don't get the thing about Alex being some sort of urban poet either, there's nothing special about his lyrics.

i can't believe they're playing there, surely they can't pack out a venue that size outside sheffield at this time of year?

Well last night was rather a disappointment to be honest.

 

Alex looked absolutely hammered.

 

The set as well was only about an hour 20 mins long, and the final song they played, dear oh dear. Get a banging tune at the end, like BrianStorm or A Certain Romance.

After seeing the Arctic Monkeys live in Manchester I swore never to waste my money on them again!!!! very disappointing

 

Saturday for Little Man Tate.. I will waste my money on them!!!!!
