Â If you don't HAVE to be out and about then stay in, have an nice cup of tea, watch the telly, read a book, clean the house or something. Â Those that have to get to work - is there a train or tram option that may be more sensible in the conditions? If not then equip your car suitably and don't attempt to drive up any roads that clearly aren't usable. Also don't abandon your car where it is blocking others! Â And so on..
