Is it going to snow? 2012 - 2013 snow thread

Recommended Posts

Derek Dooley way is like an ice rink. Avoid if at all possible.

I guess we'll be told it's the wrong type of snow and the grit doesn't work on it. :D

By the way, my comments are no reflection in the gritters themselves, those guys seem to work incredibly hard, but you do have to wonder if they've been hung out to dry a little bit by those who organize the gritting procedure.

Regards

Doom

I have had to abandon my car having spent 2 hours trying to get out of SW sheffield. I got stuck on a hill. My boss, however, does not believe me. I work in a city where there is no snow. I have to send her a photo but none of mine do the situation justice. Anyone got any? :(

Ice rinks do not have snow on them. So no the roads are not like an ice rink.
