RussianDoll   10 #1 Posted November 25, 2012 We are hiring a venue with a kitchen / bar, but need alcohol / bar staff. Has anyone done this before? We don't have the money to buy the alcohol upfront so need to hire the bar as a whole, is this something i could approach a local pub about?
