My first love was a girl called Maureen Slater i went to Southey Green School with her we was 15 at the time in our last year of school we left in 1958, i hurt her very badly, so if anyone know's wear she is i would love to talk to her to say that i am very sorry for wat i did to her.she lived on Wordsworth ave. just round the corner from what was then the #10 bus stop, the last time i saw her she was a nurse at Northern General Hospital that was 1970.

One of my first loves was a young lady called Dyllis Lowe who worked for M & S. We split up after she went on a course to Eccles. She had two sisters and lived not far away from the Hallamshire.

Joanne and Rachel Downing (TWINS) from Hammerton Rd

Sarah Fletcher (from Wadsley)

Sarah Derbyshire (had older sister Wendy and Vicky) from Crookes

Julie Vine (has an older brother called Jamie) from Stannington

Debra Williamson (a.k.a Willo) from Boro

Lisa Sanderson (from Boro) Lord knows what happened to her !

Paula Stopard (from School Rd area of Crookes) she was lovely, can't think why we ended now ? ? she was friends with Kay Palmer from Walkley.

 

If anyone knows these people, perhaps you can let me know?

 

I am sure one of the them has my Tears for Fears album ?

He's not a first love - how could I say he was, given that he's been married to a girl from school? - but if anyone knows him, then I'd like to get in touch cos of something unfinished from years ago.

I met and married my second love, Irene Marshall of Upperthorpe. I had my faults and we parted and were divorced but I never forgot her. My second wife I met in Manchester and she was a Gem! She died in 2001, but not before I had made contact with my son from my first marriage, and once again met Irene who had never married — probably because I put her off men for life! I’m glad I had the pleasure of meeting her again before her death last year. Nowadays, I live for the memories they both gave me.

no, but i used to live in Stannington when I was in Sheffield, so i figured she would go to Myers, just checked the site...sad bugger aren't i!!!..she s a few years younger than me, but i think i remember her brother
