adc0711
My husband has written 2 short poems/stories (approx 10 pages each) for our young grandsons, had them printed and A5 bound. However, he now wishes he had had them illustrated as well. Does anyone know of an artist who would be prepared to look at the books with a view to doing illustrations and give an approximate price please? SteelCityMan
You could try Whitworth. He's the Star cartoonist and does a lot of other work. http://www.whitworthcartoons.com
sheffandy
My friend Julia Crossland could probably help you with this. She's an excellent artist and illustrator. http://www.juliacrossland.co.uk

Attestant
Be bold. Write to Sam Usher, a brilliant young illustrator, short-listed for the Red House Children's Book award for his beautiful book "Can You See Sassoon". this_life
As above, ask the Sheffield Telegraph Illustrator

AnneFG
I can recommend Very Vermilion, the owner Laura is currently illlustrating some books for primary schools for us and has done various bits of illustration work for us in the past. Very reasonable rates too! http://www.veryvermilion.co.uk/
linzday
Depending on how old your grandsons are, could you get them to draw some pictures to reflect the stories?? I think that could be a really nice personal touch! X
