I read it could cost Spurs almost £20m sacking him and the other staff.

Apparently a deal is close with Mourinho and could be agreed on Wednesday according to Skysports.

 More to the point those glorious victories over Man City and Ajax that got them to the final, and missing Kane for all those games. All that must seem like a million years ago to the Spurs' chairman to drop this bit of news today,
