I think the way McLaren and his unproductive ilk still get jobs is that as most football club owners/directors know zilch about football (yes I'm aware of the Len Shackleton book), trusting on that niavety they send resumes of only their first two jobs coaching/manager jobs in football and hiding the rest and then gain lucrative employment only to be found out when it's too late but with bank balance well inflated. Also, I had to look twice at the picture in the sub article as I thought it was actor Lionel Jeffries.
