Watched the first episode of The Village last week. Not exactly a bundle of laughs. I've taped last night's episode to watch tonight. Luckily even it's unrelenting misery won't ruin my evening.

Parks and Recreation on BBC4 is funny, for anyone who likes mockumentaries. I'm also watching the Arne Dahl series (also on BBC4), which, so far, doesn't really compare to the previous Scandi offerings but I'm going to stick with it.
