Garages in Crookes

Hello all,

 

moving to sheffield tomorrow (Crookes) and one of the first things I need to do is get my car MOT'd and serviced. Is there any up to date info on reliable garages in the S10 area?

We use GP Autos on Bowness Road in Walkley which is just down the hill from Crookes, they are very reasonable and we have found them reliable. They don't bump up the bill.

 

Another good thing about them is that they are just up the road from Hillsborough tram stop so you can easily get into town etc while the car is in the garage.

I'd say Twigg's too. Very reliable and no hidden extras. DON'T use the garage on Industry Street in Walkley! (shan't name them)

Marston Road Garage, Crookes (behind the Admiral chippy). Tony is brilliant. He doesn't do MOT's but sorts it with Snuff Mill garage in sharowvale. We have always dropped our car off with him and picked it up later. Very honest and reliable.
