Tara Misu   10 #1 Posted November 4, 2012 Does anyone know why a dark coloured car was on it's roof under the road bridge where the Parkway joins Handsworth Road at 11.30pm last night(Saturday). There was a Police Range Rover with flashing lights warning of the danger when I returned from work. but no-one appeared to be around.
