Plumber Recomendation - Unvented Cylinder Tank

Can anyone recommend a plumber to replace an unvented cylinder tank? It's started leaking at the base, so I'd say it's a gonna.

 

I had a pretty decent guy come in from http://www.jafcoplumbing.co.uk/ but he said he wasn't rated for unvented systems, and I need someone who is for the job.

 

Can anyone help pls? Much obliged

we have the certificate also have an id card I carry with me from bpec to prove qualification. Have also just completed a development on campo lane where we fitted 43 so I'm very up to date with the latest regs.
