A story to make you roo'r

No wonder people can't find work....

No retirement age (to speak of) now

Jobs being done by "apprentices" for £100 per week

And the final nail in the coffin, people "working for thir benefits" which is in effect just encouraging employers to keep taking on a free workforce ad infinitum thus eroding the short supply of jobs out there already.

It's a disaster.

Hang on a minute forgot to deduct Tax and insurance,So Walk to work, stop eating.

National Minimum Wage was intended to stop rip-off employers taking advantage of the working class.

Now ask yourself, if a charitable employer would pay for an adult or an apprentice.

Adult of £6.19 (over 21)

or £4.98 (18 - 20)

or £3.68 (under 18)

or £2.65 (apprentice)

I hope this chap has managed to find work. Walking around with a sandwich board might not be the conventional way of finding employment but I take my hat off to him for doing something pro active.

There are far too many individuals in this society who are wiling to take from the government in the form of benefits, but are not prepared to but anything back into the pot by actively seeking work and thus putting money back into the system through NI and income tax. It's refreshing to see someone who hasn't got the mentality of claiming all the benefits under the sun just because they are out of work.
