Christmas Fair, Saturday 1st Dec, Forge Valley Community School

We are holding a Christmas Fair at:

Forge Valley Community School (old Myers Grove School site, S6 5HG)

Saturday 1st December 2012

12pm to 3pm

 

There will be craft stalls, Table top sale (£5 per table), mulled wine, refreshments, games, raffle and treasure hunt.

All profits go to our PTA (Friends of Forge Valley) and Ugandan school trip.

 

This will be our first Christmas Fair for Forge Valley and we would love to see lots of people there!

Some additional information.

 

It will cost £10 to book a craft stall and if at all possible we would really appreciate a small raffle prize donation.

 

Entrance will be 20p per adult, free for children.

You may want to let him know what type of stall you would like (e.g. craft stall @£10 or table top stall @£5). Also, if a craft stall it may be helpful to let him know what sort of items you will be selling.

Thanks to everyone for their support on Saturday it was a great day all round with around 50 stalls and loads of visitors.
