I'm confused, why does a KFC need 49 parking spaces? There's plenty of parking round there already so it can't be for the local shops. Unless they think that if they prove theyll be providing more than enough parking, theyve more chance of getting the plans approved? PeterPerfect   10 #7 Posted October 1, 2013 It does seem a bit OTT. Unless they think that if they prove theyll be providing more than enough parking, theyve more chance of getting the plans approved?  There'll be at least 5 staff I should think. Then a certain amount has to be set aside for disabled parking.. so that'll probably leave 30 odd parking spaces. There'll be 30 tables I should think... so the parking will be needed... tara   10 #9 Posted October 1, 2013 Would much prefer a Wetherspoons. If the rumor was true and Wetherspoons did get turned down because of an internal wall then how can it be demolished.
 Share this content via...
No User Name   10 #10 Posted October 2, 2013 (edited) Would much prefer a Wetherspoons. If the rumor was true and Wetherspoons did get turned down because of an internal wall then how can it be demolished.  A quick visit to the Sheffield Planning Portal would prove or disprove this.  Here is the current application:  http://publicaccess.sheffield.gov.uk/online-applications/applicationDetails.do?activeTab=summary&keyVal=MTF97BNY06Z00  I cant find any other ones from recent years at that address.
