Carfield Primary School on Argyle Close, S8, are holding a Jumble Sale on Saturday 20th October, 10.30-12.30.

Prices are low and there are bargains to be found - women's, men's and children's clothing, accessories, toys, books, linens, household goods, bric-a-brac, etc.

Cafe Carfield will provide drinks and delicious homemade cake, so come and join us!

All proceeds to Carfield School.

Any idea which bus goes there from sheffield city centre please?

Hi there!

The bus that gets you closest is the No. 17 (First bus, NOT TM Travel).

Get off at the first stop on Meersbrook Road; walk up Upper Albert Road until you turn right onto Argyle Road. The school is on your left, entrance on Argyle Close.

Other buses are any that run along Chesterfield Road - Nos. 53, 25/25A, 43/44,X17. Get off at the Albert Road stop (outside the Crown pub), walk up Albert Rd till you reach a crossroads with Kent Road (don't think there is a sign, it's a steep road bisecting Albert Rd). Turn right onto Kent Road. Keep going across both Rushdale and Upper Valley Road, up the steep cobbled "garden" path, and at the top, you are on Argyle Road with the school opposite.
