Freeview problems S11

Hi all

 

My freeview has dropped some channels. I have lost all of the channels that are on the same mux as Film 4. I am on the Crosspool mast and have good line of sight and good signal strength for the other channels. Retune and factory reset haven't fixed it and its on all 4 tuners in the house.

 

Any one else having problems?

I've had a problem ever since installing my digibox. When I switch the T.V. on a message often comes on the screen saying 'low antennae signal power detected' or something similar. I sometimes get sound, but no picture.

Yes, we lost BBC 2 and a few others couple of days ago, you need to run a scan to update your channels. Losing channels is a sure sign that more channels have been added to freeview and you need to run "add channels" scan xx

Yeah apparently you need to re-scan freeview at the moment as they have moved some channels around.

Done rescans and none of our boxes will pick up the multiplex D channels.

yes it happened to me the other day, i scanned for new channles,and a first install,but nothing happened, but i just kept trying and it eventualy came back
