Opening a sandwich shop in parsons cross ideas for what the public want

need help on idea of what the public want. It would be much appreiciated

any ideas welcome

 

what bout hot meals especially in cold weather soup etc

Have you ever thought of asking for your filling to be wrapped

 

in lettuce instead of bread ,kills 2 birds with one stone .

 

We cut all fat off our bacon and never pre butter breadcakes so

 

that customers can have butter free if they want it . We make all our

 

own sandwich fillings ,soups ,pasta sauces . there is a healthy sandwich

 

shop out there . Our motto never serve anything we wouldn't eat ourselves.

Freya fry up makes it sounds like a cheap dirty greasy spoon cafe. Can't say it would entice me in.

I think it's the 'fry up' part of the name that people think is cheap and nasty and not your niece's name! :D

 

(unless her surname happens to be 'Fry up' of course - in which case :|)

I saw some fit bun's whilst ducking and diving between the isles in t'asda today...NO...Did'nt have me spex, But i can spot a good bun from a mile :D

Buchanan road was ace in 1998...Excellent chino, excellent car parts from DMS.. Diy shop and an excellent news agent on the end.
