I do make my own homemade scones and sell panini's with a large variety of fillings. Was thinking of trying minute steak with fried onions on a breadcake or the classic club sandwich, chicken and bacon with salad in toasted bread. Does either of these impress

If you're going to do minute steak and onions then it would be much better with mushrooms on a baguette than a bread cake.
