DaFoot   10 #5 Posted September 17, 2012 In terms of composition, I definitely rate number 2 above the others which seem to lack a point of interest. Shame about the flare in the top left though.  I'd be interested in seeing a non-HDR version of that image, and perhaps a B&W conversion. I'm inclined to agree with Kidorry in that these fit into the category of overdone HDR.
 Share this content via...
holymoses   10 #6 Posted September 17, 2012 Number 2 would make a great album cover, I don't mind the flare, btw
 Share this content via...
GlassBox   10 #7 Posted September 25, 2012 Photography is subjective, but these look slightly overdone to me, mainly in the saturation and luminance in the sky and water. No 2 is definately the stand out by a mile, i would be tempted to crop it even further as i don't like the flare it is distracting. Paul Cocker   10 #8 Posted September 27, 2012 Thank you all for your feedback. I agree in that they are overcooked and the graphic designer in me needs to dial it back a notch. I'm happy with the lens flair, even though technically a flaw I feel it adds an interest point, and there aren't many of those at the top of Woodhead.  As always thanks all for your feedback and viewing.
