Im looking at getting some work done sometime in the next 2 -5 month depending on costs and if i need planning sign off for structural work

 

Looking at knocking kitchen into dining room, RSJ needed including structural calculation

Fit new tiled flooring both rooms

Brick up a door

Turn a door frame around

Remove dado rail

All plastering

Remove gas fire and fit log burner

 

I would appreciate any recommendations please
