our annual christmas market is on sun dec 9th 12 noon to 4pm this is a indoor/outdoor market with a mixture of stalls with brass band ,big als funhouse to put you in the christmas mood,hot food and drinks,lots of small stalls with top class cakes,sweets,towels,christmas gifts,christmas trimmings,christmas toys,jams and pickles,jewelery,ceramics,bath products

candles and wood turned goods over 40 plus stalls even a hook a duck and

kids face painters,there will also be a christmas story and carols for those

who wish to sing along at this comunity market,low prices quality products

local bus service or parking near by free entry so dont miss out,get those

the market is now full thank you,but if 2 or 3 want to brave the elements and can provide

there own gazebo i can offer hard standing at a fiver a pitch just tel 01142374492,finnally

thank you all for old and new fast response on the up take of our xmas market.we also

are sorry that at both markets and the festival we always have to turn away many traders,

but we always offer our regulars 1st chance and the balance on 1st come basis thank you bassett one

sorry the market is inside and outside the tennants hall at gresley road just off lowedges road near greenhill park we also do a spring market in may and of course the festival in august,the greenhill /bradway tennants association run the markets and festival with the friends of greenhill park thank you bassett one

we will take bookings for both jan 2013 and dont forget we had to turnaway over 1000

people for stalls in 2012 so first come first served dont miss out over 15,000 people came to the festival aug 2012 thank you bassett one

the amount we turned away for stalls to our festival was 100 not a thousand we attract a big following for stalls but not quite that many sorry,sorry to repeat but we are full for stalls for christmas indoor and out,but bookings taken for may market and festival in jan2013 thank you bassett one

wanted for our market if you can help if you are coming can you please bring a can of food

ie peas,soups,rice ect or packet foods as we are to be a collection point for the local gracies food bank that is opening in the area to help people in difficult times,this would be a great gift to the needy and helps others in this season of good will we dont have a entry charge and all stalls sell goods at a low price and good quality,so we would be very gratefull for your donations and if you can pass the word round that would be great thank you bassett one
