tiptop   10 #1 Posted September 7, 2012 Do recruitment agencies take on people who are only available for a few weeks to work or do you have to be available longer term for it to be financially viable for them.
 Share this content via...

PeteMorris   10 #6 Posted September 8, 2012 Please explain why.  It depend on the agency. Some are specifically looking for permanent employees. In which case their comission is higher from the employer!  Some are 'jobbing' agencies, who employ people strictly on a short term basis. I get some agenicies contact me, as a 'head hunter' even though I'm already employed!  But just signing up with an agency and saying I'll do 'anything'. They are not bothered if it's for a week or a month, or whatever!
 Share this content via...
Scare   10 #7 Posted September 8, 2012 Yes that's the thing about agency's, they don't care about you, they just care that they can full a job and therefore they will just dismiss you when your no longer of use
 Share this content via...
