I understood that the Crow Road had already been televised (not quite the same I know, but nearly)

My choice would be "Keep the Aspidistra Flying"

Books i'd like to see as films:

'His Dark Materials' Trilogy - Phillip Pullman (I know this is being planned already)

Elidor - Alan Garner

The Weiredstone Of Brisingamen - Also Alan Garner

The Moon Of Gomrath - likewise Alan Garner

Any HP Lovecraft, though Call Of Cthulu would be cool

William Gibson's Neuromancer.

Michael Moorcock's Runestaff Series

And possibly an adaptation of Isaac Asimov's Foundation Series.

The Scam by Richard Kalberer.

This book is one of those books you can't put down once you start reading.

A thriller that starts off quite dark and chilling.

Based around Weed Smugglers that go into the bigger market of Cocain and Heroin.

Excellent Book, set in the UK. Would make a truly excellent movie!

Hmmmm maybe I should start a screen play.:D

The Thomas Covenant books.

Read the first couple many years ago and would like to know how it finishes :)

Also the Duncton Wood books.

The Sandman stuff by Neil Gaiman.

'V' for Vendetta would be interesting too.

The Dark Knight Returns (Frank Miller) would be interesting, but like so many comic adaptations, would more than likely be dissapointing.
