rossyl   10 #4 Posted January 27, 2004 harriet,  Do you know any landlords who rent 2 bedroom properties other than the links above?  Kind regards,  Ross
 Share this content via...
HarrietStar   10 #5 Posted January 27, 2004 apart from searching on google for sheffield landlords, you can try estate agents, the two i think are best are blundells and claypenny, you should be able to find the websites from google. I think most of blundells properties are advertised as available from now, so if you are looking for somewhere to rent in the future you have to wait before looking. I'm having to wait until april/may to look for somewhere to rent in june, at least for non-student accomodation anyway. Also, im not sure if the estate agents have fees or not.  harriet x
 Share this content via...

I've never used them, but I used to walk each day past a flat near me which had one of their boards outside, and the name stuck with me!  http://www.sunrisestar.co.uk  (not sure how to hyperlink, sorry!) HarrietStar   10 #8 Posted January 28, 2004 haha yeh i saw one of their adverts the other day actually.. i thought their rents are quite high though.. i think the problem with these student accomodation companies/agencies/big landlords is they use their reputation to charge higher rents.
