Mixed sex fitness classes

Hi can anyone suggest a idea for a fitness class for me and my girlfriend? we are both a little out of shape and want to get fit again. But finding it hard to find a mixed sex class together. Any help would be grate thanks.

Try Extreme Fit at Bodyflo if you can get to Hillsborough - the sessions are mixed and you get an excellent workout

Not sure what area of the city you are in but these sessions are suitable for all fitness abilities and the groups are made up of both male and female participants. for more info check out my website here

Hi, I have an early morning outdoors fitness class on Wednesday mornings, 6:30 - 7:30am, only £3 each. Have you done any activity before? What type? How long ago? Dress for the weather though.
