L00b   441 #1 Posted July 17, 2012 (edited) Re-reading Steve Kent's Ultimate History of Videogames at the moment, to my great shame I'd forgotten how engrossing that tome is, and a lot of the (business) detail/context surrounding the arcade releases of the golden era and the 8-bit/16-bit console days.  How many here knew that Sega was first started by US entrepreneurs?  Can any posters recommend similar reads?  I've already made my way through Steven Poole's Trigger Happy, Van Burnham's Supercade and the collective 1001 Video Games You Must Play Before You Die, so looking for others 'on the theme'.  Holidays coming up soon, and I need a read list Edited July 17, 2012 by L00b Share this post Link to post Share on other sites Share this content via...
