ooisit
How did they respond to your complaint? The women looked a bit scarey so my bottle went, Arthur Mullard looked friendlier.
spider1
My wife wanted to say something but to be honest we had been on the road since 6am [it was 10-30] and all I wanted to do was get home. The food was barely warm and service and presentation was shocking I just got up and walked out and my wife followed, I would have got better value out of my £10 if I had set fire to it. Anyway we live and learn but as I already said total rubbish 0/10. Asda meals are terrible sack the Manager and all the staff and start again. They realy are a scruffy looking lot. Snoty nose shuld be first to go.
The General
the food in these are all asda own brand stuff, not realy a suprise when it tastes awfull is it. its a realy good advert for any other supermarket. as for morrisons its ok but all deep fried, tho the staff do get the same in their canteen for £1.
regatta
I had a breakfast at Asda in parson cross last week and when she gave me tinned tomatoes I said I did not want them because I like fried tomatoes and the menu says fried tomatoes and she told me that they have never done fried tomatoes so I asked her why it is on the menu if they do not serve it to which she replied that tinned and fresh are almost the same thing and tinned taste just as good as fresh. She was I think mentally challenged. She was'nt mentally challenged! she was off the parsons cross, OOPS same difference.

lauren84
Always carry some cutlery on ya person when eating in places where the staff look scruffy. My husband always holds the cutlery over the spout of the teapot and wipes it with a napkin when in a cafe, steam cleans them I usually call him a weirdo then pass him mine to do afterwards! Agreed though the service is slow, food garbage and to be honest the manager isn't that professional as one time I went and there was a queue waiting for cutlery and instead of just going and fetching some she was standing there barking orders which were being ignored whilst our food was going cold. Go and get some woman and give them a telling off later in the back!!!
