If SF enforced passport pictures as avatar- Would you be in favour?

I am in favour it would stop people being banned for breach of rules and then signing up again under another name as Sheffield Forum could have a system where they remember you and your avatar picture and if you have been banned for breach of rules under the username and password that you use, because I am sure they will know your IP address you have been abusive etc you cannot sign up again.

 

Also it is a good way of seeing what people actually look like, my husband has just made a vaild point about breach of privacy and forum users being able to stalk other forum users if they can see what you look like, anyway I am in favour I have nothing to hide my mug might deter weirdos hopefully he he lol.
