Chez2
Swap you. We have several hundred meters of hedge that takes several days to cut. Come and do ours and you will think yours is easy! Sorry, couldn't resist that. What type of hedge is it? Some aren't meant to be manicured within an inch of their life. We have mixed native hedging which can get a bit 'wild' looking but it should be fine cut only twice a year. Farmers only generally cut theirs once a year. Box hedging grows slower than privet so perhaps gradually change the hedge for something slower growing. There used to be a product to slow growth down but it was banned a long time ago.
