IPad email account

My 87yr old mum has got herself an iPad - awesome! However she has locked herself out of the emails and has retried her password so many times she is now told she needs to create a new account??? Is there no way of re-setting the origional (she had an email account via plusnet for the last year)?

You are right. It seems to be the iPad that will not let her get her emails - she is going to take it to the Apply Shop but it is a fag for her - taxis or two busses each way......I am away or would have taken her :(

 

She had telephone support yesterday and they could not resolve the issue - will wait and see now.
