However she has locked herself out of the emails and has retried her password so many times she is now told she needs to create a new account??? stereolab Posted July 12, 2012 Share Posted July 12, 2012 Well the iPad can't lock you out of your email provider - thats just the way you are accessing it. It seems to be the iPad that will not let her get her emails - she is going to take it to the Apply Shop but it is a fag for her - taxis or two busses each way......I am away or would have taken her She had telephone support yesterday and they could not resolve the issue - will wait and see now.
