aelfheah
I've had my JVC 32DG20J TV for a year and had no problems with it. But over the last couple of months I've noticed that my fave channels- which once only displayed as I wanted- still have the tick next to them, but now ALL of the tv/radio channels are there to flick through? This is the model- http://reviews.comet.co.uk/0331-en_gb/625485/reviews.htm To try to correct the above, I select the desired TV and radio channels in the faves section, then pick 'show all channels' and click OK. It doesn't seem to matter whether I select 'tv only' or 'radio only'. But, going back to the TV i see everything is there on the channels again (!)- including unwanted stations etc. How do I get the TV to display ONLY the chosen faves? aelfheah
Do you mean reset the channels under 'auto channel scan'? There's only three similar such options under 'Installation'.

aelfheah
Hmm, thanks. There is no factory reset or shipping setting? BUT, I retuned all channels again and tried the faves settings (as in the OP)- when I flick up and down using scroll it hasn't set them, yet when I use the 'program' button to flick up and down the channels, it follows the fave channel settings? Maybe that's how it's meant to work?
