When I was out yesterday some idiot drove really fast through a road that was quite flooded and sprayed water everywhere I couldn't see a thing. What happened to driving slowly through it or not at all.

Encountered a very silly woman on the M18 yesterday.

 

It was still fairly dark and pouring down with rain, there was massive spray from the lorries and she was sat doing 50MPH in the middle lane with no lights on, in a silver car. She was the only person on the M18 with their car lights not turned on
