steveroberts
FYI This is a pilot scheme being run on behalf of Sheffield City Council (by SERO) which is encouraging companies to make better use of ICT in their business. The support is up to 10 days, fully funded and is delivered from a bank of registered suppliers (we are a supplier for those businesses wanting to implement ICT design methods into their business). The pilot runs through to September and, if successful, will be extended beyond then. You must be an established business (of at least one year) and pay your business rates in Sheffield (sorry Rotherham et al!). Hope this helps. steveroberts
Sophie, Thanks for the feedback, I'll pass on to SERO. I think, for the pilot, they are fully subscribed (for the support). The feedback is the program is achieving its goals so, fingers crossed, the pilot is extended into a full program in September. If I hear anything, I'll post. BizSupport
Hi Sophie, Philippe here from Sero. Glad you found the workshop helpful. Every little helps as they say :-) I've noted the point about amount of information available on further support, and will pass it on. If you need further support, we've got another breakfast event coming up on the 18th. The forum won't let me post the link but you can see it at the top of the news section of the website. Cheers,

sophiec1979
I've noted the point about amount of information available on further support, and will pass it on. what would have been lovely would have been to have had the meeting pencilled in for friday instead of your representative falling out of contact. i had very frustrating time from wednesday until friday morning waiting for the meeting to be confirmed only for it to be cancelled by text on the friday morning. when asked on friday to provide alternative dates for a meeting (which i had stressed were limited due to my full time work) i did....i still have yet to receive a reply. very disappointed overall. x
