1960boy
I've been on SW for 6 years, never looked back. We don't do calorie counting but they are both pretty much the same.

JarvisCocker
If you like to eat lots, feel full up and always know there is something you can eat at any time of the day then I would say Slimming World. Fresh fruit and (most) veg are free food, so if you are absolutely STARVING then you know there is always something you can have. WeightWatchers is a little more restricting in that you have a certain number of points a day, plus a weekly allowance and the idea is that as long as you stick to your daily and weekly allowances you loose weight. There are no restrictions on what you actually can and can't eat. Some people prefer SW and some prefer WW. I've done both, had better success with SW. But then my body got used to it and I stopped losing. I'm now on Myfitnesspal which I love. It's calorie counting basically. You put in your stats and it calculates for you how many calories you should be eating per day. You can 'earn' extra calories by exercising. I have to ally changed what I eat and the way I eat now and sen good results. But everyone is different. It's hard as what works for one doesn't necessarily work for the next person. Hope this helps
