Baked beans on toast with a drink high on vitamin C will get you off the sofa (if onto the toilet). Leafy green vegetables (spinach, brocolli), dry fruits and other things are good too. Their website contains the following advice; "Foods such as lean red meat, poultry, fish, leafy green vegetables, brown rice, lentils and beans can all boost your haemoglobin. Vitamin C helps with iron absorption, so to get the most from the food you eat, drink a glass of vitamin C-rich fruit juice with your meal." maccapacca
Why not speak to your GP about this. Theres a lot of reasons why you might be anaemic so you may wish to discuss the possible causes. Theres also a number of investigations that maybe appropriate.
