All the major supermarkets in Sheffield have a selection of pre-packed strawberries you can gp and pick a pack from.:hihi::hihi::hihi:

Whirlow Farm do strawberry picking amongst other things but i'm not sure if its the right time of year?

There used to be a place at Ecclesfield who did it...

 

But as said above, not until at least mid/end of June

Think the field at ecclesfield used to be behind the old chardlows building and football pitches

They won't be ready until July ish, especially after all this horrible weather, I went at the end of June last year (the one near hotel van dyk) and they were still green mostly!

There used to be a PYO farm just outside of Bradway, but I haven't been that way for a while.

I know this thread is over a week old now. But I just wanted to say, don't wait until august because the strawberries left at that time are for jams usually.

 

The usual 'season' for them is June, but because of the past 2 years horrible weather it's been in July. So I'd try mid July first.
