Ghozer   112 #4 Posted May 23, 2012 Diet is a big problem where this is concerned, Avocados, Bananas or Almonds are good.. I can't remember the vitamin or chemical that's linked but they are all meant to be good..  Also, make sure to basically eat properly, and regular, get all your vitamins..  Also, Spend some time in the sun in this nice weather, the sun provides Vitamin D which is good for many things in your life  Or just google: http://www.energiseforlife.com/wordpress/2006/09/20/how-to-kick-start-your-sex-drive-with-libido-boosting-foods/
 Share this content via...

Stuff that will help?  Is it a problem for him though as worrying about it will make things worse. Perhaps trying another partner may help. Suffragette1 Â Â 10 #7 Posted May 23, 2012 Maybe he is despressed, loss of libido is common symtom of depression. He would be better off addressing the root cases rather than trying to fix one of the side effects. If it is purely an issue of erectile dysfunction and he is not depressed, then seeing the GP and getting some Viagra would be the best option. Friends of mine whose partners have taken it swear by it.
 Share this content via...
