Ms Macbeth   74 #97 Posted May 15, 2012 The use of 'myself' instead of 'I', as in 'myself and my friend went to the shops', when it should be 'my friend and I went...'. And when did 'bored with' become 'bored of'?
 Share this content via...
Jeffrey Shaw   90 #98 Posted May 16, 2012 Use of the words 'game' and 'play'. Both mean things. Neither is relevant to business, politics, etc. So why are they misused in those contexts?
 Share this content via...

syne   10 #108 Posted May 16, 2012 No it's the grammar do you mean grammatical?faux pas that everybody does and it drives me insane!  For example, someone could insult me and write "Your an idiot", what they should write is "You're an idiot"... Your = you're.  And dont start a sentence with 'And'no, that is NOT an invitation to insult me, anyone who does so WILL be reported.  Last edited by Rich; 14-05-2012 at 15:25. Reason: grammar, if I'm being pedantic I need to make sure my own grammar's spot onno full stop  people who pick holes in others posts for spelling etc etc.. (with the exception of having no paragraphs - people should be hung for that)
 Share this content via...
