Try putting your "superhub" in modem mode, lots of people are having problems with them.

My connection is back up to speed today. I just called VM (Indian call centre:rolleyes:) I managed to get a reduction from £36.75 a month to £29.25, still not happy but wouldn't reduce it any further, so VM are on probation. Will see how it goes.
