Business partners

Recommended Posts

You should look for someone who:

- brings something to the business that you don't have already - they should complement what you bring to the business,

- wants the same from the business that you do - you need to be able to agree on where to take the business,

- is trustworthy and reliable

You need to have a trial period to see if you can get on, and you need to prepare an agreement covering how the money would be managed/split and an agreement on how the partnership can be ended.
