The Ben character is very tiring to watch, he reminds me of the penguin from The Wrong Trousers but without charisma.

I hated the old Ben with a passion, with his little squeaky voice I haven't yet worked out if I prefer the new one or not, I'm still on the fence, but am sure anything must be an improvement.
