missymoo73 Â Â 10 #205 Posted August 26, 2012 I was shocked that it was only 21 years but believe thats the maximum sentance he could get. Aleksandr   10 #206 Posted August 26, 2012 That's not a very good job of censorship because the full version of my post appears above. You would have been better off demonstrating censorship by censoring your own post, and if you had blanked it all out it would have been easy to live with. You've missed the point. mj.scuba   10 #208 Posted August 26, 2012 Apparently during his closing statement, he was going to apologise to his comrades in arms for not killing enough, before he was cut off by the judge. What a sick twisted *******, hope he never steps outside a prison.
 Share this content via...

What a sick twisted *******, hope he never steps outside a prison.  Indeed. - Yet they found him to be sane.  Had he been judged to be insane (and incurably insane) then he wouldn't have ended up in some cushy hospital. - If he couldn't be treated, if he was incurable, he wouldn't need to be in an hospital. A prison would've been the best he could have been given.
 Share this content via...

This piece of garbage's presence shouldn't be inflicted on others, even if others did break the law.  I have a premonition, he'll be dead within 12months. dosxuk   10 #212 Posted August 26, 2012 He knows the death penalty doesn't apply. If it did he'd be squealing like a suckling pig.  Really? I think he'd be quite happy being killed by the state. He stated he went out on the day expecting to be gunned down by the police and was disappointed when it didn't happen. He saw his death as martyring himself to his cause.  If the death penalty actually scared people like him, there wouldn't be so many shootings in America. It doesn't mean he won't serve longer.
 Share this content via...

Iirc he said acquittal or death were the only just outcomes.  EDIT: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-17752189 Edited August 27, 2012 by mj.scuba
 Share this content via...
