Penfold70 Â Â 10 #6 Posted April 7, 2012 There is NO such thing as a ROUGH PRICE. Â Then why not give an average price with the addition of some IFs and BUTS , can't be that difficult i' m sure.
 Share this content via...
denise2436 Â Â 10 #7 Posted April 7, 2012 Op must be like me, before committing to anything, even a quote; I like to know if I could possibly afford it. Â What is the lowest price you have ever done a mid terraced for and the highest price you have ever done a mid terrace for. This way the Op will have a "Rough" idea on how much the could be looking at. Â Regards Denise x
 Share this content via...

numero uno   10 #12 Posted April 8, 2012 The average rate on brick pointing grinding out properly and repointing is £25 m2 some people will simply point over existing without grinding this will last weeks or months until a frost blows it out. There is also scaffold involved 200-300 each side . Stone is more and if you use lime mortar on stone it increases further. Hope this helps
 Share this content via...
