I answered segasonic, not you, it would help if we get the answers down first before we start asking millions of random questions or at least quote the person in question.

I was thinking of the Mega Drive version, but you can have that! :)

John Tobias and Ed Boon, I can't remember how you fight him though.

Ed Boon and John Tobias, the name Noob Saibot was a combination of both their last names reversed.

And he was the final Boss in Mortal Kombat 2 as I recall.

Which Street Fighter character was played by the late Raul Julia in the 1994 live action movie?

M. Bison or Vega in Japan.

And Shao Kahn was the final boss not Noob.

M. Bison.

Did you know that the boss names are changed from the original Japanese SFII?

M. Bison became Balrog (Notice the similarity to a certain M. Tyson, apparently it was changed for legal reasons)

Balrog became Vega

Vega became M. Bison

Sagat is Sagat in both versions.

Talking about Street Fighter 2, who had the most powerful move in the entire game which was also the most complicated to pull off?

Also, which character was able to pull off the RED Hadouken?
