That's just an argument not to put deposits on things with cash and not to keep a balance on a gift card isn't it?

 

It doesn't seem to be a reason to refuse to shop in meadowhall or town... Rich got a bit of stick for saying the same thing.

They are owned by Game so may have gone the same way.

I Paid cash on my pre orders a couple of weeks ago which they happily took and never warned me about as for gift cert why on earth didn't they warn people to hurry up and spend them while they could a little bit of honesty goes a long way.

I will not shop in town or meadow hall again and soon I think everyone else will be shopping online where there are much better offers and using PayPal you can get a full refund.

In this case though both Rich and the poster in this thread were being ridiculous.

 

Game closes down does not warrant a response of "I'll never shop at meadowhall again" (boycott was the word Rich used).

That might have something to do with Rich's post's either contain various untruths labelled as "FACTUAL FACT"s, trolling other users, or accusing other users of being trolls. Added with the fact that he hits the report button on everyone who doesn't agree with him.
